We're so excited to have you on board!

We've designed an easy, step-by-step guide to get you started on our platform. The registration process takes only a couple of minutes. Right after completing it, you'll be able to compare rates, create your first shipment, and schedule a courier pickup. All of these features are available within our user-friendly and intuitive interface, ensuring seamless and hassle-free shipping management for your business.

  •  Press Sign-Up.
  •  Select the easiest way for you to Sign-Up.

Signing Up with Your Google Account

If you'd like to connect through your Google Account, we've made it super simple. Just click

“Sign in with Google”. You'll be gently guided to the Google Sign In page. Here, just enter your existing Google Account details or create a new one by clicking on “Create Account”.

Once you're all set, you'll automatically return to the welcoming arms of the Swotzy Platform, and we'll kick off the onboarding process.

Signing Up with Email

If you prefer using your own email, we'll need you to provide your email and create a password.

Remember, a strong password should have at least 8 characters and a mix of at least 3 of the following: lowercase letters

(a-z), uppercase letters (A-Z), numbers (0-9), and special characters (like !@#&$%^*).

After your successful sign-up, it's time to verify your email. Pop over to your inbox and click on the “VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT” link.

You'll be brought back to with a confirmation that your email is verified. 
Now, you can close this window, return to where you began the registration, refresh the page, and voila - the onboarding process will begin!

Getting your business on board

We can't wait to get to know you better. 

After your initial registration, we've designed a straightforward onboarding process. This will help us tailor our services to suit your company's unique needs and most importantly - provide all necessary details to successfully create shipments and purchase shipping labels from key carriers in your region. 

Your Business

  • Company website/Marketplace Profile link: Add a link of your main sales channels. It can be both your homepage and, for example, your Etsy, Amazon or other profile link.

  • Your main sales channels: Let us know, which sales channels you currently use.

  • Size of your business: Let us know how big is your team. Are you a one person orchestra doing everything by yourself, or you've got dynamic team behind you.

  • What communication language would you prefer: Let us know, which communication language do you prefer.

  • Do you ship liquids?: Please note if you plan to send liquids so that our support team can assist with the necessary supporting documents. If your product range does not include liquid, leave this field empty.

When all the fields have been filled, just press NEXT

Sender Contacts

In this step, we ask you to indicate the contacts of the person who is responsible for processing the shipments in your team. This is part of the information is needed to process a new shipment. This will also be the main contact with whom we or carriers will contact, if necessary, during the process of delivering the parcel.

Sender address

In this step, it is necessary to enter the sender's address, which is part of the information required for processing the shipment. Although you can also skip this step and specify the information when creating a new shipment, we recommend that you enter it right away, so that after onboarding you can quickly and easily create a new shipment. This is the address from which shipping costs are calculated.

When all the fields have been filled, just press NEXT

Billing information

In the last step, please indicate your company/your official billing details (if you are self-employed) in order to issue an invoice for delivered parcels at the end of each month.

When all the fields have been filled, just press FINISH ONBOARDING.

When the company onboarding process is completed, you will receive a notification You are all set up! This is the moment you've been waiting for, you're ready to check rates and create your first shipment.
