- For precise shipping prices, go to app.swotzy.com/shipment-create and create a new shipment to see all shipping rates and generate a shipping label.
What’s included in the shipping prices on the Swotzy platform?
What you see is what you pay! All prices on the Swotzy platform are clear and upfront, with no hidden fees.
The prices include courier pickup and variable surcharges (like fuel, labor, energy, or seasonal fees).
However, keep in mind!
- VAT is added in the invoice for all domestic and EU shipments (exports from Latvia to countries outside the EU are generally zero-rated for VAT).
- Customs clearance fees are not included. You can either cover these yourself or have the recipient pay them upon delivery.
- The final price may change if the actual weight or size of your package differs from what you entered. Couriers use certified scales to check this at various points, and if there are any differences, we’ll adjust the cost on your invoice after the delivery is completed.

Here you can schedule a courier pickup for free. The courier will come to collect your parcel and scan your shipping label.
