Product & Feature Updates

What's Shipping

Every improvement we ship to the Swotzy dashboard — new features, carrier & rate changes, and fixes. Updated weekly, newest first.

Product photos on every order. Each item in an order now shows its product image, pulled straight from your store, right next to the line — so high-volume pickers can identify what they're shipping at a glance instead of decoding SKUs.

A rebuilt order view — history, notes and who did what, in one place. The order modal is redesigned with tabs and now carries a full activity timeline, per-order comments, and an editable "fulfilled by" — see exactly what happened to an order and leave notes for your team without leaving the screen.

Shopify checkout rates now tell you when they've stopped. If a Shopify plan change removes live Swotzy rates at checkout, we detect it and flag the store — no more silently missing rates you can't explain. (Stale blocks also clear themselves once the store is healthy again.)

Shopify checkout rate rules can key off the product vendor — set different checkout rates by brand or supplier.

FedEx US customs now carries the manufacturer MID code on the label and commercial invoice — fewer US customs rejections on FedEx shipments.

Shipments CSV export can now include Order Value and Order Currency columns.

25 kg cap on all Lithuania lanes — now every carrier, not just Venipak. A single courier or locker parcel to, from or within Lithuania is capped at 25 kg (Lithuanian manual-handling law), across all carriers. Over 25 kg, those lanes return no rate. It's the per-parcel weight that counts, not the order total; pallets are exempt; and Latvia and Estonia stay at their usual limits. This supersedes the earlier Venipak-only, 1-August notice and is now in effect — check any automations that book heavy LT parcels.

Venipak multi-parcel locker shipments now produce a correct manifest for every parcel, instead of failing on the extras.

Latvijas Pasts to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam and the like) now routes to the right country and state.

Etsy order sync no longer stalls when Etsy rate-limits us — orders keep flowing.

Clearer FedEx errors when a pickup is rejected, instead of a generic failure.

Pickup bookings no longer get stranded if something fails right after the carrier has accepted — the parcel stays booked instead of every retry bouncing as a duplicate.

Ship to Ukraine. You can now create shipments to Ukraine, with a clear danger-zone warning at booking.

USA shipments now require a full 10-digit US HTS code (with quick relabelling) — fewer customs holds and rejected parcels.

PrestaShop stores: weights entered in pounds are now read correctly.

The import-rules modal now scrolls, so long rule sets are fully reachable.

Venipak: 25 kg cap on Lithuania lanes from 1 August 2026. Courier and locker parcels to, from or within Lithuania are capped at 25 kg — over that, Venipak returns no rate on those lanes (Latvia and Estonia stay at 30 kg). Check your automations before the switch.

Venipak pallets: custom-size pallets are now priced by EUR-pallet places with a size surcharge, and capped at 200×120 cm.

SmartPosti: 71 additional Latvian sender postcodes are now eligible to send with SmartPosti.

Latvijas Pasts locker size validation now checks height and length, not just one dimension.

Shopify: orders from an unconfigured location fall back to your default sender, and single-basket orders fulfil against the right fulfillment.

Pickups no longer silently roll back when the carrier had already accepted the booking.

FedEx domestic Latvia (LV→LV) is now available — plus FedEx International Connect Plus and Regional Economy for cheaper parcels to non-EU destinations. More FedEx options to weigh on every order.

Download a whole page of labels and packing slips in one click. Orders that still need action no longer hold up the rest — the ready ones download immediately.

Cleaner customs handling: intra-EU and other non-customs routes no longer carry stale customs data, and duplicating an order now keeps its extras.

Packing slips can now include draft orders, and the label parcel is suggested automatically from a single prepackaged item.

Omniva: courier over 30 kg is no longer offered on intra-Baltic routes.

Latvijas Pasts Express: fuel surcharge now applies to LV–LV domestic shipments only.

Weekend dates are now disabled in the Venipak pickup date picker.

DHL Express rate breakdowns now handle discount lines.

The "promoted rate" badge no longer bleeds through the slide-over.

Shopify orders now sync end to end. Swotzy asks Shopify for the fulfillment access it needs, so tracking and fulfillment flow straight back to your store — no half-connected orders.

FedEx now asks for a commercial invoice upfront on shipments to Albania and Montenegro, so labels don't fail at the last step.

More accurate customs values — CN23 / Itella net weight and value now scale with quantity.

NovaPost UK parcelshop shipments on DDP no longer get stuck on the customs step.

DHL export declarations now number their line items sequentially.

Mozello stores are marked installed only once the store is actually accepted.

A cleaner customs form. The duties-payor question now appears only when a shipment actually crosses a customs border — including EU special territories — instead of on every order.

FedEx to Colombia, New Caledonia and South Africa now asks for a commercial invoice upfront, so labels don't fail later.

Latvijas Pasts Express is now a distinct option in your carrier rules.

Omniva delivered events are no longer dropped, so tracking reflects delivery reliably.

Clearer reason shown when Venipak or Omniva rejects a pickup.

WooCommerce orders with zero-quantity lines no longer break syncing.

Reconnecting a Shopify store now preserves its granted permissions.

Parcelshop mapping fixed for Mozello, MakeCommerce (Venipak) and MultiParcels.

QWQER now keeps its express rate available even when a scheduled slot isn't.

Clearer error when a NovaPost recipient phone number isn't a mobile.

Insurance on FedEx pallet deliveries. Cover high-value pallet freight at the point of booking, instead of shipping it uninsured.

Shipments now flip to "shipped" the moment they're dropped at a pickup point — so your order statuses match reality sooner.

Customs item prices accept up to 4 decimals, and parcelshop shipments default to the real weight of the items you imported.

Clearer message when DPD rejects a sender postcode.

Venipak: malformed responses from the carrier no longer cause an error.

Your order list, saved exactly how you work. Save any set of filters, sorting and columns as a layout and pick a default — stop rebuilding the same view every morning.

Act on many orders at once. Shift-click a range or Ctrl/Cmd-click individual orders, then label, fulfil or download them in a single move.

The cheapest rate across all your contracts. Pick-best now weighs your own carrier deals against Swotzy's on every order, so you never overpay because the right contract went unchecked.

Fewer labels that fail at the finish. Customs weight and value minimums are checked before you submit, and leftover customs items no longer block orders that don't need customs at all.

Press Esc to clear a selection in the order list.

Omniva Economy size limits tightened: longest side ≤ 60 cm, and longest side + girth ≤ 90 cm (down from 120 cm). Oversize parcels are now flagged before you ship instead of failing at Omniva.

Omniva shipments with very light customs items no longer fail at label creation; recipient email problems now surface as a clear field error.

Venipak MPS pricing corrected to use combined weight.

After logging in, you land back on the page you were originally trying to reach.

Your order list keeps itself current. New orders now appear on their own, no refresh needed (rolling out gradually) — with a calmer cue for already-fulfilled orders warning before you re-download a label you've already paid for.

Itella: added pickup coverage for LV-2123.

DHL shipments to Spanish special territories now book correctly as parcels.
