Customs: EU versus non-EU Europe
Customs treatment on this service depends on where the parcel is going, so it is a conditional topic rather than a constant one. Most volume moves within the EU single market, where there are generally no customs duties between member states, though VAT may still apply.
A meaningful share goes to non-EU European destinations such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, and Serbia. On those lanes, customs duties and taxes do apply, and you will need HS codes and an EORI number.
