We're excited to introduce support for Shopify Multi-Location Fulfillment. When Shopify splits an order into multiple fulfillments, Swotzy will now import each fulfillment as a separate shipment instead of merging everything into a single order. Each shipment is managed independently, giving you more flexibility when shipping from multiple warehouses, retail stores or 3PL locations.

Starting August 1, 2026, the standard parcel weight limit for Venipak courier and parcel locker shipments in Lithuania will change from 30 kg to 25 kg.

Starting July 24, 2026, all shipments to the USA will require a valid 10-digit HTS code for every product. If you ship products to the USA, please make sure your shipments include products with valid 10-digit HTS codes.  Starting July 24, Swotzy will only be able to create shipment labels for USA shipments when all included products have a valid 10-digit HTS code.

Import shipments valued up to €150 from countries outside the EU may be subject to a new temporary €3 customs fee.
