DPD has updated their authentication. To make sure your DPD contract stays connected in Swotzy, please refresh your access token. Below are the simple steps to update it.
1. Generate a new access token in DPD
Go to the DPD e-service portal:
Latvia: https://eserviss.dpd.lv/
Lithuania: https://esiunta.dpd.lt/en
Then follow:
My Profile → Access key list → Create new
Once created, copy the generated token.
If you see an error saying the token limit has been reached, simply delete one of the old unused tokens and create a new one.
2. Save the token in Swotzy
Go to:
https://app.swotzy.com/settings/contract
Then:
Click the ✏️ icon → paste the copied token into “Access token” → Save
Once updated, your DPD contract will continue working normally.
