For Omniva Economy parcels from now on the longest side may not exceed 60 cm, while the combined length of the longest side and the parcel's circumference may not exceed 90 cm.

To help ensure shipments meet Omniva's updated requirements, Economy shipments that exceed these size limits can no longer be created in Swotzy platform. If your parcel exceeds the Economy limits, we recommend selecting another Omniva service or choosing an alternative carrier available on the platform.
