Poste Italiane has announced that a nationwide strike involving both public and private sectors took place in Italy on 29 May 2026, affecting transport and civil aviation services across the country.

As a result, some domestic and international shipments handled by Poste Italiane may experience delays in collection, processing, transportation, and delivery. Depending on the impact of the strike, service disruptions may continue over the coming days.

Poste Italiane has implemented measures to minimize the impact where possible, however some delays remain unavoidable.
