Garden Mood is a Lithuania-based online clothing brand that offers women's garden clothes and accessories. The brand features high-quality, locally sewn garments that are stylish and suitable for both the garden and the city. An Agronomist with a love for fashion

Meda, the founder of A Garden Mood, is an Agronomist with a passion for fashion. She holds a Master's degree in Agronomy and has also trained professionally in sewing. Her academic background has provided her with a practical understanding of how to improve comfort for daily gardening tasks. This knowledge, combined with her love for art and fashion, inspired her to create her first clothing collection.

While Meda designed and sewed her initial collection herself, it is now the company's second season, and currently all Garden Mood items are made by local sewers. This allows Meda to focus on building the brand and driving the business forward.

''From the very beginning, I've noticed that potential buyers positively respond to me showcasing my collections, so I have naturally become the face of Garden Mood. I love being an influencer for my own brand, but I'm even happier that Garden Mood has already gained a solid base of brand ambassadors, bringing more awareness to the brand.''

There is a trending joke that Millennials are skipping the mid-life crisis and jumping straight into gardening. The rise of younger generations choosing gardening as their go-to hobby is indeed on the rise worldwide and is becoming a fashion statement too.

''My customer base can be divided into two main segments: women aged 24-40 who have taken up gardening as a hobby and want to look chic while tending to their small outdoor spaces. The other group consists of professional landscapers, for whom my clothing provides practical value and helps them look more professional when meeting clients.''

By meeting the needs of hobbyists and professionals alike, Garden Mood offers a versatile collection that improves the gardening experience for everyone. Global ambitions

Currently, Garden Mood mainly serves the local Lithuanian market, as all touchpoints with potential clients are in Lithuanian. However, after just a brief conversation with the company's founder, Meda, it is clear -  she means business.

''I'm happy that the brand has been well received in my home country, and now I feel ready to grow it Internationally. The first step is very practical: translating all our existing channels into English and further developing our presence on the Etsy marketplace.''

Meda's approach to shipping is equally practical and goal-oriented:

''I discovered the Swotzy precisely when I was struggling with my shipping partners. It didn't take much persuasion to try Swotzy's platform. I was delighted to avoid back-and-forth emails with multiple carriers to negotiate prices and sign contracts. With Swotzy, I simply registered and enjoyed much lower shipping rates.
